Background
Astons Law Chambers is the practice of Ghulam Humayun. He is a criminal barrister and has worked on both sides of a criminal case: defending people accused of crime, and prosecuting cases brought by the Crown Prosecution Service.
He was admitted as a solicitor in 2007 and later moved to the Bar. He holds Direct Access authorisation, which allows the public to instruct him without a solicitor, and a Litigation Certificate, which allows him to conduct the litigation in a case as well as appear as its advocate.

Practice
